I began bootcamp about 7 months ago, thinking I would only go for a few sessions, I'm still going strong. Doug is an amazing trainer that manages to give a different full body workout each time. I have lost 20 pounds, actually have biceps now, increased my endurance and confidence, while making some good friends along the way. Give it a shot, it's going to be tough, but you'll feel so much better afterwards! -Lindsey
