Adelphia Cable is the worst! They were my cable provider at an apartment building I lived at, one month they charged me double for my cable bill and when I asked them to refund me for the double charge they turned off my cable for non-payment. I verified with my bank that the other charge was not returned and they said that they could not verify it with my bank because ""I probably had a friend there that was covering for me"". When the cable was originally installed, I chose only basic cable, I had the installer tell me if I wanted the premium channels then it would cost me $100.00 cash and nobody would have to know about it.
