I highly recommend Tracy Stephens at Soho Salon to cut and color hair. I moved to Atlanta over 3 years ago and tried a few stylists, but always ended going back to VA where I used to live to get my hair hi-lited and cut. Until I met Tracy - I was so lucky to find her - and have been going to her for almost 3 years. After talking about what was important to me, she changed my hair style and color, which goes so much better with my skin tone--I love my color so much better. The salon is great - a relaxed atmosphere with coffee, water, soda & snacks. If you're looking for a new salon, Soho's the one, and ask for Tracy -- you'll be glad you did!
