Clark has been my personal trainer for over two years. He takes the time and energy to really understand his clients needs. He is very motivational and helps you stay on track with your goals. He is extremely knowledgeable about physical fitness and nutrition. I personally lost over 40 lbs training with Clark and I can tell you that my training sessions with him have been life changing! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to really get results and meet their goals.
