I unfortunately have not been impressed with this service. Although I am the only caretaker as well as the documented medical poa of my mother who has parkinson's disease as well as mild dementia, Heartland refuses to contact me after several requests. I am a little leary of ones who do not see the necessity of including the caretaker in what they are doing as well as when.
Cons: No communication with caregivers.
