Great location, great classes, great instuctors, great class times! I've been going over my lunch break now for several months and what a way to break up the day. Instead of bellying up to the table for lunch now, I'm getting great workouts in twice a week and learning a ton about martial arts, focus, direction, etc. I've already lost almost 10 pounds and have gained significant strength since starting.
Pros: Location, instruction, convenient parking, good atmosphere
