I was determined to hire the best for our event as my boss had given me the task to do. I interviewed many different event planners and narrowed it down to two as per their background, creativity and style. However, it was Riehl Event's staff that won me over. Creative and style is only the start of what they have to make your event the best it can possibly be. We hired Riehl Events from the very beginning of our planning and their budgeting skills, contract negotiations, and knowledge of the best vendors for the price saved us so much money and effort, they paid for themselves just with those 3 items, yet they did so much more. I've read the other reviews and am astounded to find a couple that have not had positive things to say. We did not have any issues with Jacque or any of her staff. They were very with it, on board with whatever we threw at them, and had the most creative ideas I've ever seen or heard of. Their planning worksheets, including the budgeting worksheet and timeline worksheet, were very clear, concise and left nothing to question. They alway returned our phone calls, had great insite as to what had worked and not worked for them in the past and was always open and honest with us each step of the way. The vendors that we hired loved working with Riehl Events. Riehl Events had a great working relationship with everyone we came across in the event industry. Jacque is very good at handling people, including some of the people on our planning board for this event that I would have considered very difficult to deal with. She is very diplomatic and calm with everyone she works with and so is her team. In fact, we had a little incident that happened with a guest at our event that we didn't even know happened until several days after the event was over. Jacque and her team took care of the incident and didn't let it ruin our evening. We feel very lucky to have had Riehl Events on board to make our HUGE evening perfect for us and our guests.
