I agree with the past two reviews, this place just does not seem to get it. The service is pathetic, maybe because it's in Laveen where good customer service tends to lack anyways. Jim should be let go or put through some extensive retraining, maybe starting back to grammar school. He just seems out of place and doens't seem to know alot for the manager of the facility. Skip this place and have your taxes done by true professionals.
