I brought my Dyson vacuum in for an estimate. When the estimate came in a few days later, I went in person to see what the problem was. I asked the repair person if he could show me what to do to keep the problem from happening again. He replied that it wasn't his job to show me anything, and that if I learned how to fix it myself, he'd be out of a job. He was extremely rude to me, and I would NOT recommend bringing your appliance here for repair.
