I woke up one morning with a very bad back spasm. It was hard to get out of bed let alone get into my car and drive somewhere to receive a massage. My girlfriend reccomended Cy, at this Spa. I called and was able to get in that day later in the afternoon. I was so sore and stiff I really didn't expect much from one visit.
Cy assurded me of his experience with spasms and so I tried to relax. He did a type of injury work or Lomi Lomi? I think, anyway I felt great, really great afterwards. I could bend over and move like the spasm never existed. Cy showed me some expercises, explained about water, which I don't drink enough of other than what is in coffee and beer. I also have insurance which will cover more treatments too.
Happy to have met Cy and this Spa. I will be back.
Pros: parking, experienced, convienant, care and results!
Cons: had to pay for it.
