OK-my experience with spa has not been good at all! I was given a free massage treatment for showing up for the first time and waiting for over an hour --the therapist that was to do my massage never showed. Along with having another certificated for free massage given by my daughter in law. (never used) I have had one massage at this place it wasn't the best experience I have had at spas. The question that I pose is...has anyone located the owners of this spa? They should be taken to task to repay people for their gift certificates. I want to know how many people are out there that were ripped off by them? I wait for your replies!
