I am very upset with the current situation I am having with Donna K Bridal. I ordered and paid for a wedding veil back in 01/2009 and still never received it. Luckily my wedding isn't until 10/2010 and I can try my hardest to get get my money back or the veil itself.
Donna K Bridal was a family owned business that has been a staple to Tinley Park for as long as I remember riding my bike past it as a child. Which now seems to have gone out of business, with out mention.
I cannot believe promises have been made by phone to hand deliver and return the veil to my mother.
Now she does not return messages and ignores the situation all together.
I really hope this situation gets taken care of fast. I understand times are tough for everyone and businesses are going under. But SERIOUSLY, this is not how you do business and is very unprofessional!
Pros: Thankfully, I already received my wedding dress.
Cons: My wedding veil is paid for and I never received it:(
