I rented from Curran & Co. about a year ago and lived in the Cedarville Townhomes. From signing a lease to the checkout process, renting from them was easy. Their policies are clearly stated in the lease so there were no misunderstandings of fees, rules, or restrictions. Their rates are reasonable for their new and updated units, compared to old house in Marquette. They took care of any maintenance I had, in a timely fashion too! I would not only recommend renting from them, but I would also rent from them again.
