I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Ford of Kirkland. If I could give them less than a one star rating I would. They were dishonest and went back on what they originally had promised us. They were supposed to give us some money for a truck we turned into them. We waited for over a month for our money. When we finally called to see why we hadn't received our check we were told that they made a mistake and couldn't pay us what they had agreed to. It was THEIR mistake, not ours. In the name of good customer service and ethical business practices they should have still given us the small sum of money they agreed to. In the past we bought a truck and leased another from the dealership, but they will never get our business again and I would advise others to be careful of dealerships who promise one thing, but then do another.
Cons: dishonest!!!
