I signed up here because the gym I had been a membership at for two years wasn't opened late enough on weekends. When I was unable to go to the gym at all on weekends and missed my previous, better lit gym with much nicer people I decided I wanted to cancel. I canceled on December 03, 2009. They are forcing me to be a member until February 25, 2009 and of course billing me for a gym I don't want to go to. There wwere several reason I preferred my previous gym to this one, while this gym is open 24 hours, the weight benches are too high for someone shorter than 5'8"" to lift off safely without a spotter. It is dimly lit. It is a meat head gym, steroid use is clearly rampant even compared to other gyms I have been to. No one wipes their machines off so its gross. (After attending the gym every day for a week I got sick for the first time in two years) They also told me I could cancel with a 30 day afterward membership which i was comfortable with. Obviously this is not true. This is a shady gym and there are better in the area.
