I moved to Tucson several weeks ago and the home I had secured apparently went into foreclosure and the rental company called and told me I did not have a place to move into. I found Rathbun on the internet, called them and explained the situation, and they found me a property immediately! When I drove into Tucson with my moving truck I met an agent at their office (on a Saturday!), they gave me the keys and I went to the house. I had only seen pics of the house-to my surprise it was beautiful and exactly what I needed. The app fees were a little high-but it was worth it! The furnace was not working when I moved in and they got a contractor out the same day. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a rental!
