I went there last year so I got this voice mail saying I had set up an appointment for this year in December. The voicemail said this appointment would be held for me and to call them to let them know either way.\r
It was my understanding that I only needed to call if that date and time was not good for me.\r
I showed up on the date and time specified and was told since I never called my appt was given to someone else. I argued that my voicemail said the time was held, I had driven almost 20 miles to keep this appt and this is not acceptable.\r
The receptionist kept arugueing and claiming my voice mail did indeed to tell me to call or else it would not be held. I then called my voice mail and let her listen to it. She then said ""Sounds clear to me"". I said what are you talking about Nowhere did it say to call OR ELSE, it said my appt was SET and it was my understanding that saying call either way means call if you can't make it.\r
She continued arguing and getting very belligerent with me. I said, in the future you really should specify on the voice mail that if the person does NOT call then the appt WILL be forfeited because that is NOT what was said on my voicemail. It was ambiguous at best.\r
She then said ""Well we cannot leave 10 minute voice mails as we have dozens to call"". Are you KIDDING ME?? It takes 10 minutes to add that disclaimer that will in the future prevent for others what happened to me! \r
She then said I can come the next week, I said no, I drove this far and wont again. In fact I will never go back to where I was treated so rudely!
