My first experience with Marin Door to Door will be my last. They came 20 minutes late (2 hours before dawn on a Sunday), then drove off while I was retrieving my luggage from the car, where I had loaded it in preparation to drive myself to the airport when they failed to show. The attitude of the dispatcher was, ""sh**t happens."" I drove to the airport, spent $55 on parking, and then, to seal the deal, I found on my return that Marin Door to Door had charged my card $40 for this insult! As far as I'm concerned, that's three strikes: for abyssmal customer service, zero effort to repair the situation, and scamming on the price. How do these people stay in business?
