I wouldn't even give these guys a star. Worst COMMUNICATION, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST EMPLOYEES. I placed an order roughly a month ago for our department. ""There was a hold up at the for the t shirts. We will ship it out next week."" This was a month ago. I called today to ask about the status, and they still haven't shipped it out. Then they played telephone tag, swapping me from person to person. They told me they will have it shipped out Monday morning, because Saturday is a half day. Really? I'm taking my business elsewhere next time. Worst Uniform supply company I have ever had to deal with.
Pros: at least in the world there are other uniform stores
