I finally had a pleasurable experience with property management! The manager of Rathbun asked me if I would mind sharing my thoughts on different review sights and I told her I would be happy to! I placed my property with Rathbun 2 years ago after a horrendous experience with another local property management agency. They rented my home out in less than 3 weeks for a great price! (I think their advertising techniques really work!) My money is put in my account every month and my expenses have been minimul. They put great tenants in my home who have just renewed their lease for the 3rd year. I am extremely happy with this company and would recommend them to any owner looking to put their house up for rent.
