I am an owner (previous tenant) with Rathbun Realty Inc. About 4 years ago, I was located to the Tucson area and rented a house through them. While renting I was very pleased on how they handled things. They were always honest with me in any sitaution, even if it is not what I wanted to hear, they did not try and give me the run around with things. About 2 years ago, I decided to purchase a home through them as well. Now that I have moved from the Tucson area, I have hired Rathbun to manage my home while I am away. Again I am very well pleased with the company and everything that they do. If there are any issues, I call them and they try to get them resolved in a timely manner. Also, if there is something that needs to be done to my house, they contact me and let me know everything from the beginning. They give me an estimate of the total cost as well. I would recommend Rathbun Realty to all home owners.
