My father car broke down and since he doesn't speak very good english he called me to try to get him a tow. I called them and the receptionist was not friendly at all. She told me the price and then asked me to hold. I waited and there was silence then she says, ""so do you want it or not?"" I was like sorry I though I was on hold. I said yes and then she asked specifics and interrupted me while I was telling her how to find my Dad. She asked why he didn't call himself and I said cause he doesn't speak great English. My father said the driver was not pleasant either. They got our business and but will never again.
