Allen and his team were amazing! We learned of CDJ on the internet while searching for an engagement ring. The reviews were excellent, yet we were planning to go to one of the ""big name"" jewelers where you could walk out with a ring until we read reviews from their customers. We stopped in to see Allen (not the easiest to find (located above play it again sports), and we could be happier. We custom designed a ring on the spot, he ordered the diamonds and within 2-3 week we had the ring. I recommend shopping at consumer direct jewelers to everyone.
