I am disabled and simply cannot get out of my house to take my pets to a veterinarian, so i felt very guilty for calling Southern Hills Animal Hospital to ask them for the name and phone number of a traveling small animal vet. However, much to my suprise, the receptionist was more than happy to help me out even though her establishment would have nothing to gain by assisting me. I thanked her for taking the time to answer my question and apologized for wasting her time. She stated that I had absolutely not wasted her time and she hoped that someone would help her if she were in the same situation. She also stated that the Doctors/owners were good Christians and therefore believe in spreading goodwill.
