When I was looking for a place to buy gift certificates for my nieces Christmas presents...I stumbled along this review complaining about the customer service. SO, I had already made up my mind that I would not do business here. However, after calling around and either being shocked at prices or attitudes on the phone...I figured what the hay, I have nothing to lose by calling Happy Nails.
