Very poor customer experience 12/15/2009

We purchased several items and the store offered to hold everything in their warehouse until all pieces had arrived, then we could pick everything up at once. A month later we received the call that everything was ready, we went to pick up the items and they were all MIA!!! Warehouse management said everything had been damaged and we'd have to place a reorder, which would take at least another month. Mangement's response was ""Oh well."" Now we're back at square one and almost out of time. Instead of making the experience of decorating a new nursery pleasurable, they've singlehandedly made it stressful and miserable.
