Aria McKenna is a complete professional, and I feel so lucky to have found her. After many years of thinking about it and receiving the encouragement of current artists, I decided to try voice-overs as a career. As my contacts are from out of town, my search for a NYC was ""cold."" I found Aria on the Internet, and based on what her web page gave as information, I decided to give her a try.
Although I was initially skeptical - after all, wouldn't everyone tell me I should do this just so they could get the money? - my fears were immediately allayed. Before anything, Aria tested my voice on the phone, and only after ascertaining I had the potential for success did she agree to work with me.
I took the private plan, and was amazed at the value for money Aria's coaching provided. We worked very hard together over a period of 5 months to prepare spots for my demo reel, and she took me to the studio to record a CD. Now, we'll meet to discuss how I can use my demo reel to get started in the business.
Aria is talented, well-connected and most of all, kind. She told me what I was good at as well as where and when I needed to work harder. I could not have asked more from this very lucky find. Aria is a shining star, and to say the least, she rocks!
