If you know anything about concrete, it is all about ground prep. This company told us the ground was overexcavated to 2 feet, then non-native soil was added, compacted, to sand and gravel. Once deck failed and was removed, we say only 2"" of sand, no over ex done, no gravel, and barely a 2"" slab thickness. A soils engineer verified improper install. Also, no record of Goyette Concrete Construction at California Contractors State License Board. Watch out.
