My external hard drive died when I dropped it out of my truck and it went sliding down my driveway. Needless to say it did not work anymore. I was referred by another computer store in town after they could not get my drive to work again. They somehow got all my files and pictures back. Now my wife wont kill me:) But I am out $400.00
