Richard arrived at my home promptly, and did the service I requested (two garage opener installs) at a great price.
I was even more encouraged by Cornell after they swapped one of the installed door opener's, which had a manufacturer's defect (loud grinding sound internal to unit upon raising door), next day and at no additional charge.
It's not often you find a company that gives you a great price, and offers solid customer service.
