Caamano Sweaters does not stand behind its merchandise. Caamano still owes me $75.30 for defective merchandise that the company told me to return. I returned the merchandise to Caamano Sweaters on July 28, 2009, Caamano has never replaced the merchandise or refunded me the $75.30. I have contacted the company numerous times by phone and in writing. Walter Caamano, the company President, promised to refund me the $75.00, but he has never returned my money. Now Mr. Caamano has both my money and the merchandise. Is this good business?
