I have Motion Picture insurance, which is pretty dependable, so I've rarely had any issues with my CPAP unit or supplies. Occasionally there are bills outstanding but that's true of any medical facility and insurance company. I've paid almost nothing out of pocket and almost always get my supplies right when I need them. Interactions with staff in person and on phone has been okay, though sometimes I need to call twice to get their attention, which is the only reason I didn't give them a 5.
