My cat receives personal attention everytime and I get reports as to how he adapts with each stay. There is great attention to detail by the owners/staff - example my cat likes to look out the window - that was obsereved and his carrier was put by a window to accomodate him. I won't send my cat anywhere else - I know he is in good hands when I am away. 5 star service!
