The Hispanic man who runs Michael?s Photo Lab has really bad customer service. His knowledge is mediocre concerning the latest in technology concerning photography. He's unable to pay attention to detail (language barrier maybe), and does not care to go that extra mile to care for his customers. Never go to Michael?s Photo Lab for any digital restoration or digital conversions. You will be most certainly disappointed.
