This company was contracted to replace all floors in a 3500+ sq ft home. The job was started late due to delay in receiving tile, the workers showed up for only a few hours the first few days and then disappeared for the next 3 days forcing the contractor to bring in a different crew. The wrong tile was put in kitchen and had to be replaced (more delays) and then was not set properly (uneven) when 2nd crew started (poor workmanship). Even though the original wood floor had been taken up, the vendor did not properly check the concrete slab condition during pre-job inspection/estimation and was discovered to be severely uneven in places and not enough time was allowed to correct the problem - used excessive amounts of float in attempt to correct. Tiles now have hollow sound and wood floor is coming loose in some spots
Pros: Everyone seemed nice until they took our money
