I went here on a whim, I have another stylist (Tony and Guy) I usually go to and i regret this. I see a lot of good review and i don't understand if maybe I just had a bad stylist. First I went in to just get a haircut and I usually just use the hair dye in a box. They convinced me that they have the best hair dye and condition so I decided to give it a whirl!
I explained to the stylist I like to have the straight rocker style no fluff or fullness, like razored at the ends and layered. When she was done she was like it looks so full and beautiful! I was like that isn't what I wanted it was a blunt cut and was horrible no sense of style at all took the good cut I had and wiped it out! I had to go home and fix it and I am waiting til it grow more so I can have my stylist give me back my great cut. This lady was a amateur, and does not know what the customer wants... go and continue to cut old lady hair.
Also the great dye job did even cover the hair, mind you I was getting black done, and never have had a problem with black hair dye not covering my hair, and the extra condition is B.S.. It looked washed out before I even washed it. I have had better luck with Clairol. She told me we will get it next time...like I would pay that amount of money next time for B.S. On top of them trying to sell me Redkin products I have already have and tried and did not need... come one didn't I waste enough money on your B.S. Purely disappointed.
