I signed up for laser hair removal and was told that it was for the entire area, so I pay my money and then once I got into the room for my first visit with the nurse (who was not very nice and in fact a bit rude and short) she said that because my skin was darker in the bikini area (I am 1/2 Asian) that they would not be able to do the entire area. She did NOT say "if you want to change your mind you can cancel now"!! I would have canceled if I had the option, because if it wasn't the Brazilian, then I didn't want a partial! When I emailed to complain and let them know I felt completely disappointed, they said had 2 lasers- one that can treat skin types which can accommodate most clients up to an Oprah skin type (I'm clearly about 1/2 that dark!!). They proceeded to say, "however the labia area on a lot of women is darker. I am sorry it was not explained to your further as far as you feeling you had an option to decline treatment."
Pros: One of the techs is very nice
