Dr. Wright did a great job in explaining the procedure and my options. He was very honest and performed the procedure in a very professional way. However, I would have liked to see a more friendly staff in the reception area. I did not feel the warm reception when I checked in. The receptionist was on the phone during my check in and the only contact I had was she passed me the clipboard with the paperwork to fill out. When I was done, I passed it through the tiny little opening of the glass window and she was on the phone so she didn't even acknowledge me the entire time. She didn't say one word to me throughout the entire checkin procedure. The dental assistant I had was very professional as well and was very courteous. Upon checkout, the receptionist was not friendly at all. I didn't see her smile once and there was hardly any eye contact. Again, she was also on the phone when I was standing there. My credit card did not go through and she was not very helpful; just asked for another form of payment. The entire checkout procedure was not a good experience since I was already uncomfortable. I barely got a "thank you" at the end of the procedure. I did not feel like a welcomed customer to the receptionist staff. I recommend they all attend a customer service training and learn to smile more and treat customers with care. I did not feel any warmth from them.
