1 week before Halloween: Purchased 2 pairs of fangs; both pairs are charged to my credit card.
2 days before Halloween: 1 pair of fangs arrive; I go to the site to find the number to call to find out about the other pair and am advised that the site has closed down for Halloween. WTF?
1 week after Halloween: Site is back up. Call customer service and a recorded message tells me to call back later. Lodge a complaint ticket.
2 weeks after Halloween: Hear nothing back. Click through to track my complaint and am advised that the ticket number (the number that THEY sent me via email) is invalid. Call customer service and a recorded message tells me to call back later.
3 weeks after Halloween: Hear nothing back. Call customer service and a recorded message tells me to call back later.
3.5 weeks after Halloween: Call bank and claim fraudulent charge on credit card.
These guys are total scammers. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying from them.
