All-Tex painted the exterior of my home as well as replacing wood panels that had warped and rotted. They also stained my front door and did the power washing around the house. Everything was done in a timely and neat manner. The workmanship was excellent. This was over a year ago.
Last week, I called to inform them that the front-door that was stained was looking bad and it seemed that it was not sealed or varnished properly. They sent the construction manager out who did the review and agreed that it should be redone under the warranty. The crew came out the following day and did an excellent job of sanding, staining and re-varnishing the door. It looks brand new and they did not charge me a cent. This is what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like!
