Went for a new battery, they lost a piece when they opened my watch. They "sent it out" for repair and charged me, then returned a watch with a loose face. Sent it out again, and returned watch with a different wind button and two scratches on the face under the crystal. Yelled at me and refused to repair or replace my watch when I complained. Claimed the watch came in that way, which it didn't. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS JEWELER!! They destroyed my expensive watch. Rude, ignorant salespeople.
