We work with feline adoption efforts and usually select the older cats that are harder to place than kittens. Regardless of their ages, we treat our kitties like our children. We have been taking them to Charles Steinman and his staff for 8 years. ACS has always been professional, attentive, competitively priced, and their facilities and services are excellent. When they are extremely busy (like holidays) or have an emergency animal to treat, what may appear as less cordial behavior is actually their dedicted focus on the care of our pets. Friendly - yes - but the staff is not there to socialize with or entertain the owners. And I've seen some pretty obnoxious owners.
