They are a nightmare. We had a very small fire. Just in one little area of the living room. They misrepresented themselves indicating they had a facility where they could clean/restore damaged items. That was a lie. They said they were movers and packers, as well. That was a lie. They had no license to do such a thing. We found out after the fact. They damaged more of our priceless belongings than the fire ever did. They actually bubble wrapped my dust buster and not the fine china.
Most of the packers didn't speak English. They never gave us a inventory of our kitchen until we begged for it and then received it after three months. They also promised a climate controlled storage space. Well, when all of the candles melted all over everything when we finally unpacked things, we found out differently. They inventoried every single book we had, but none of the china. They seemed to prey on our vulnerability at the time. I could go on and on.
