I've been to the Marksman 4 times in the last couple months and had a great experience every time. The people were fast and gave good customer service. \r

I even took my wife to rent a Ruger LCR and the people behind the counter answered every question without making her feel like a total idiot.\r

I don't understand some of the bad reviews. The few times I've been there everyone was courteous and friendly, but then so was I. Maybe that makes a difference.
Pros: Plenty of lanes, I've never had to wait
Cons: Need better brooms to sweep up the brass :)
