Most of the work going on here is with the guidence of personal trainers, all of whom have professional certification and are true professionals. This gym is the complete opisite of the sign them up after Christmas and everone is gone by February. I have been going to this gym for the last 5 years, and will be here as long as I live in Houston.\r
Basicly this is a great place with outstanding staff and ownership.
Pros: Friendly, no drama, supportive.
