Purchased a Tahoe last year and unfortunately due to a small blemish on my credit report I had no other recourse but to finance my car through County Financial. I've made all my payments on time and a few months after I purchased my truck I receive a letter in the mail stating that ""I have no insurance"" and they are charging me an extra $90 a month for the company to Insurance it. I have had insurance on the truck since the day I purchased it.. Six months , 100's a phone calls and a few certified letters later with my proof of insurance, I'm still being charged. I've done alot of research and found that this is common practice for County Financial, they have an terrible reputation and the people they hire are even worse, I have yet to speak to anyone with an ounce of intelligence or professionalism...It's must be a pre requisite to work for County Financial.. You must be immature, rude and have absolutely no intelligence .. I have since went to the institution where I do my banking and am in the process of refinancing my Tahoe, it has been over 5 weeks and my bank is still trying to obtain pay off information from County Financial. Maybe they are all outside playing in the sand box, taking a nap... or maybe it's recess time.. I don't know... I feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of children!
Cons: This company is a circus side show...
