I had a tire blow out on I-71 just N of 275 ramp during rush hour today. I called Sora's and they were there in about an hour (which is decent by other times I've waited for a tow truck). The truck was equipped with an air gun (my lug nuts were too tight for me to do by hand) and they were able to pump up my flat spare tire (which I had never used in 10 years).
Only negative comment is the operator left before I realized my battery had died (car had just been sitting for a week and flashers drained it). They were quick to return though when I called the dispatcher.
Operator was courteous and helpful.
Pros: Nice, well equipped truck
Cons: Left before making sure my car started back up
