I purchased a house on a land contract through vision property management. While I was charged much higher interest and paid more overall for the house, due to my poor credit score, the company was always willing to help me if I had financial issues, and never charged me a late fee when I could not make my payment on time. They were always trying to help find a solution to my problems. When I lost my job and had my mother help me get a loan to pay off my home, I was sold the home at about 1/3 of the original selling price. I would recomment Vision Property Management to anyone who wants the opportunity to own their own home and deal with a very fair and understanding company
