I like picture show at Citadel Crossing for the most part, but the management's desperate attempts to get people to buy their junk spontaneously while waiting to buy a ticket is a very big inconvenience for the rest of us who really just want to buy a ticket to see the movie. This process that I'm sure makes the management team think they are brilliant only makes people like my self pissed off to have to wait forever in line for a transaction that should only take seconds buts turns in to 15-30 minute wait so the people can fill up on junk. I think they need to utilize the front window like they used to and list it as ticket purchase only or at least make a line in the lobby marked as tickets only and at least give people a choice that will help them get to the reason they are really there for ""THE MOVIE""
Pros: Cheapest entertainment in town
Cons: Wainting in long lines to buy a ticket is for the birds
