First some context: I grew up enjoying homemade Italian foood made by relatives born in Italy and lived in NYC for 25 years. This place is the real deal and could successfully compete with Italian restaurants in Little Italy in NYC. The Chef (Fortunato) prepares a variety of unique sauces and dishes worty of a 5-star restaurant, yet there are no entrees priced over $20! The owner and the staff make you feel like a guest at their home for Sunday dinner. This is the way an Italian restaurant is supposed to be - the opposite of the pre-packaged ""Olive Garden"" experience.
